1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering as a store owner on Hollywood Prints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and General Website Terms of Use. Hollywood Prints reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
2. PROHIBITION OF COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT
Hollywood Prints strictly prohibits the sale of any products that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. By uploading content, you affirm that:
- You own or have the legal right to use the design(s), images, logos, and text displayed on your products.
- Your products do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- You understand that Hollywood Prints does not assume liability for any infringing material uploaded by store owners.
- You will be solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from copyright or trademark violations.
If Hollywood Prints receives a valid copyright or trademark complaint, we reserve the right to remove infringing content and/or terminate your store account without prior notice.
3. PRODUCT LISTINGS & CONTENT GUIDELINES
Store owners must ensure that their product listings meet the following criteria:
- Accuracy: All descriptions, pricing, and images must accurately represent the product being sold.
- Appropriate Content: No obscene, hateful, violent, defamatory, or illegal content is allowed.
- Compliance with Laws: Your products must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- No False Advertising: Misleading claims about products are strictly prohibited.
Hollywood Prints reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any listings that do not meet these standards.
4. ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
Hollywood Prints handles all printing, packaging, and shipping for store orders. However, store owners must adhere to the following policies:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically fulfilled within [Insert Timeframe].
- Shipping Restrictions: Some locations may not be serviceable. It is your responsibility to check shipping availability.
- Refunds & Returns: Hollywood Prints only accepts returns for manufacturer defects or printing errors. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is an issue caused by Hollywood Prints.
5. PRICING & PAYMENTS
- Store owners set their own product pricing.
- Hollywood Prints deducts the base production cost before issuing payouts.
- Payouts are processed on a bi-weekly basis of 15 day intervals via the payment method you choose.
- Store owners are responsible for any transaction fees associated with payments.
6. TAXES & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
- Store owners are responsible for collecting and reporting their own tax liabilities.
- Hollywood Prints does not provide tax advice and encourages store owners to consult a tax professional.
- Store owners must comply with all applicable e-commerce, tax, and consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.
7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & POLICY VIOLATIONS
Hollywood Prints reserves the right to suspend or terminate any store account that:
- Violates these Terms and Conditions.
- Engages in fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
- Receives excessive customer complaints.
Termination may be immediate, and all pending payments may be withheld if violations occur.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Hollywood Prints is not liable for any losses, damages, or legal actions arising from:
- The use of our platform.
- Third-party copyright claims against store owners.
- Shipping delays or lost packages.
- Any business decisions made by store owners.
Store owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hollywood Prints from any legal disputes arising from their store operations.
